Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sufian Academy, we want to ensure you have a satisfying learning experience. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your options regarding course subscriptions, exams, and digital products.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on most of our standard courses. If you are unsatisfied with the course content or if it does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

To request a refund, please send an email to refund@sufianacademy.com with your order details and the reason for the request.

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not eligible under the following conditions:

  • If you have completed or watched more than 20% of the course lectures/modules.
  • If you have downloaded a substantial portion of course assets or offline materials.
  • If the request is made after the 7-day period from the purchase date.
  • For standalone premium exam credentials, digital ebooks, and customized 1-on-1 mentorship programs, which are non-refundable.

3. Processing and Payouts

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or Visa/Mastercard credit card). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

4. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly/yearly recurring learning subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Student Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the course catalog until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.
